Target clientele
This training is intended for everyone who has responsibilities in terms of occupational health and safety: employers, human resources, supervisors, etc. in order to avoid the downside of employer negligence (fine, prison, loss of home, etc.).
Objectives of the training
The employer cannot foresee all possible accidents. However, he must take all reasonable precautions to prevent injuries and accidents in the workplace. The objective of this training is to introduce the concept of “due diligence” that all persons with occupational health and safety responsibilities must face. This concept means that these persons must take all reasonable steps necessary to protect the health and safety of workers, under penalty of criminal and penal proceedings.
