Target clientele
This training is intended for any employee who has to work in the danger zone of a machine.
Objectives of the training
Understand the risks associated with equipment and their energy sources :
- Make the employee aware of the risks associated with machinery and hazardous materials in the workplace;
- Develop the employee’s knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the safety of hazardous energy sources (RSST, CSTC and CSAZ460-05 standards).
- Transmit to the employee the necessary skills to adopt a practical and safe attitude when using machines and hazardous materials;
- Assist the company/employer in implementing lockout procedures according to the work environment.
