Target clientele
This training is intended for any person taking charge of one or more cases of occupational injuries, such as work accidents, occupational diseases, etc.
Objectives of the training
This training is designed to enable participants to acquire all the tools necessary to efficiently and quickly handle their workers’ occupational injury cases. In particular, participants will be able to
- Evaluate their possible recourse before the CSST;
- Manage temporary assignments effectively;
- Ensure a quick return to work for the worker.
They will also be able to understand and master all the management tools aimed at developing an organizational culture focused on prevention and minimizing the negative impacts of occupational injuries on the CNESST contribution.
